VIEWING ACTIVE FUNDS
Be sure to click the green dropdown arrow next to your Base Co-op Funds to review all available funds.

The co-op dashboard gives you access to view each of your available funds via the fund selector. The co-op dashboard page always loads with the Base Co-op Funds for the current year, but additional funds like Team Green and Ad Planner Credits can be viewed by clicking the green arrow next to the fund name.
OVERDRAWN CO-OP FUNDS
Kawasaki will leverage dealer Open Parts Accounts (OPA) against dealer Co-op accounts that have been overdrawn. Overdrawn amounts occur when a dealer elects to participate in a turnkey Kawasaki program and has insufficient Co-op funds at the time of billing. When this occurs it is necessary for Kawasaki to collect those funds in order to be fair and impartial to all dealers that have participated in the program.
Co-op balances and overdrawn amounts are always shown on the dashboard of the Co-op Resource Center (KawasakiCRC.com). Additionally, your Co-op balances are reflected at the time of program registration. Overdrawn amounts are always reflected in red and become visible to the dealer as soon as the account is overdrawn.
Overdrawn accounts can easily be avoided by correctly budgeting Co-op funds. Kawasaki pre-paid programs include but are not limited to:
- Turnkey Kawasaki Retail Marketing Programs
- Digital advertising programs
- Social Media automation
If Dealers have any questions about their Available and Overdrawn funds, please contact your District Manager, Regional Marketing Manager or Kawasaki Co-op Management at co-op@kmc-usa.com.
OPA DEBIT TIMING
Following the closure of the calendar year, any dealer with Overdrawn amounts in the CRC will have their OPAs debited for the balance. OPA Debit processing should occur within the first 90 days of the following year.
INDIVIDUAL DEALER ADVERTISING DOES NOT ADD TO OVERAGES
Claims submitted individually by dealers for their own advertising efforts, which are paid for by the dealer, are reimbursable and cannot contribute to an Overdrawn balance. If a dealer is out of funds, the Available balance will remain at $0 and overdrawn amounts will not increase for new advertising claims that are submitted by the dealer.
