Navigating the My Account section

To access your account settings, click on your name in the top right-hand corner. This will bring you to the My Account section.  

1. Your user information is listed vertically: Name, Email, Phone Number
2. Your dealership’s location is listed to the right of the user’s information
3. Click on a field to make any necessary changes to your contact information
4. Click “SAVE CHANGES” once you are done

New messages will be displayed at the top of the dashboard and all messages can be found in the messages section. 

1. To view messages, click “View Archive” next to the "New Messages" header
2. Messages are listed from most recent to least recent
3. The green icon to the left of the “Messages in Archive” indicates how many messages you have in your inbox
4. "Back to Account” sends you back to your account information page

To change your password:

1. Under the account setting, click “CHANGE PASSWORD”
2. Enter your current password into the “Enter current password” textbox
3. Enter your new password into the “Enter new password” textbox
4. Re-enter your new password into the “Re-enter new password” textbox
5. Click “CHANGE PASSWORD”
